1. Submit your CV
We will ask for your CV together with supporting documents like your ID, driver’s license and academic transcripts.
2. Telephone screening
We will discuss your requirements and your details with you by telephone.
3. Attend Smilers interview

We work from home offices in the Northern Suburbs and will meet you on MS Teams, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Background verification
We will conduct background verification and if in order, we will compile your CV and submit to our client.
5. Submit your CV to employer

We will submit your CV to the employer.

6. Regular feedback

We will provide regular feedback on the employer’s response to your application.

7. Employer interviews

If selected, you will attend interviews at the employer’s premises.

8. Progress feedback

We will provide feedback about your application.  If unsuccessful, we will retain your details and help you with future opportunities.

9. Job offer negotiation

If successful, we will assist with the offer of employment, contract etc.

10. Post-hiring support and communication

Once employed, we will remain in contact with you to ensure all is well. We are always available to assist and support you with information regarding your career development and with any other relevant issues.
