Our client is seeking a Junior Draughtsperson to join their team for a permanent role.  This post offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while gaining valuable industry experience and enhance your technical skills and industry knowledge.

Situated in the Northern Suburbs – CAPE TOWN

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Proficiency in  SolidWorks, within expereince in sheetmetal parts and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding and visualize 3D
  • Create illustrated parts breakdowns
  • SOP Manuals adn Technical notices Create update cutting list in Excel
  • CNC laser programming and Bending programming
  • create flat patterns adn PDF’s for production

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant qualification in Draughting or Design – ND / Degree Mechanical Engineering / Draugting Diploma

SolidWorks, MS Office

High attention to detail

Written and verbal communicatino – English

Work without supervision, use initiative, be proactive

Team player

Create, prepare reports and presentations
