Long established Property Company based in Kuils River has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Maintenance / Service Administrator to manage and arrange the day to day maintenance and problem issues of the buildings they manage.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process information on MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Customer Service dealing with tennants of about 20 buildings
  • Problem solving as required
  • Manage all repair and maintenance items
  • Arrange quotes, draft specifications
  • Arrange Insurance policy and submit / follow-up insurance claims
  • Liaise with clients in professional manner
  • Multi-task and work under pressure
  • Be willing to arrange emergency repairs from time to time after hours
  • Sign off final invoice and submit payment

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 certificate essential
  • 7-8 years maintenance, customer service and PROPERTY EXPERIENCE definitely essential
  • Must be fully bilingual conversing well in both English and Afrikaans with good communication skills
  • Sectional title and Home Owners Association knowledge is definitely an advantage
  • Basic Computer skills and ability to use MD Excel, Word and Outlook is a necessity
  • Own transport

Package & Remuneration

  • R15 000 pm + Cell phone
  • 5-Day week, occasionally able to field after hours cell phone calls
